Refund policy

Hello there! We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at ameliaandmomph@gmail.com or send us a Message/Viber us at 09171687956 and indicate your Order Number. We will contact you and schedule pickup of the item. This is FREE of Charge, of course.

Upon receipt of item, we will check for any damage or stains. Once return is approved, we will refund payment within 1-2 business days.

If your return will not be accepted due to damage, stain and not in good condition, we will return back the item and buyer will now shoulder the cost for delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make necessary arrangements for replacements or refund, as necessary with 7-day policy.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange size of your item, please contact us as well and we can facilitate exchange of item.
